This coming Saturday 11/6/2021 the Coventry High School Marching Band will travel to Medina High School to perform at Ohio Music Education Association’s State Marching Band Finals. Students, parents/guardians, and Coventry Band supporters, please read all portions of this post for details about the event.

- Report: 1:30pm
- Pre-Reheal: 2:00pm-3:00pm
- In band room: 3:20pm
- Stuff to Curb: 3:25pm
- Get Uniform on: 3:30pm
- Uniform on: 3:50pm
- Load Buses: 4:00pm
- Depart Coventry: 4:10pm
- Travel Time: 40-45 min
- Arrive at Medina 4:55pm
- Unload, Restroom, Water, Stretch
- Meet Host: 5:40pm
- Warm-up: 5:45pm
- Leave Warm-up: 6:30pm
- At Gate: 6:40pm
- Perform: 6:45pm
- Awards: 7:15pm
- Depart: 7:45pm
- Approximate arrival back to school: 8:20pm

- For the enjoyment of everyone and out of respect for our student performers, air horns and any other type of noise maker are strictly prohibited. Enthusiastically support all of the performers through your generous applause!
- T-shirts will be sold at all SMBF sites on all four dates. Credit cards will be accepted.

- School-age Children: $5
- Children Under 5 are free
- $5 per car ($$ benefits the host school)
