Alumni Band – 2025
- Date: October 10, 2025
- Music: We are going to keep things simple this year, and will play the Hey Song and Sweet Caroline. Music for both will be posted on the Coventry Band website Alumni Band page. https://coventrybands.com/alumni-band/
- Attire: Please wear jeans and a Coventry t-shirt/sweatshirt/etc. Don’t have one, please patronize a local apparel shop and get yourself some Coventry gear.
- Rehearsals: Alumni are encouraged to join us from 4pm-5pm on Monday, October 6, 2025 for a rehearsal to prepare for the Friday performance. We will also have a short rehearsal prior to the game on Friday evening from 5:00pm-5:30pm.
- Communication: I will send out an email with more information prior to the rehearsal date and the performance date.

Majorette Routines and Instructional Videos
Please follow this link to find videos of the routines for and alumni majorettes. If this routine does not work for you, you are welcome to make alterations as needed. I simply wanted to provide a starting point for anyone who might need the direction.
Notes:
- Horns – Our instruments are Bb horns. You will receive the Bb Horn part.
- Across the Field
- Trombone and Tuba are playing the original version, not the alternate. The alternate is slightly easier. If you would prefer to play that part, you are welcome to do so.
- Euph T.C. – use the tenor sax part
- Star Spangled Banner
- Trumpets – Please do not use the herald part.
- Sweet Caroline
- Euph T.C. – use tenor sax part
- F Horn part will be available soon
- The Hey Song
- We play to the downbeat of measure 36 and stop.
