Hello CHSMB Family:
As some of you know, we are in the process of raising money for new uniforms. Sadly, uniforms are quite expensive, and we are in desperate need of new ones!
Our hopes are to have these new uniforms for next season. It would be so awesome to come out onto the field at our first home game with a new school in the background and new uniforms on the field!
Most band uniforms cost around $400 a piece and tend to last anywhere from 8-12 years (depending on how well we care for them).
As of right now, we barely have enough uniforms to outfit our current band of 93. Within the next few years, the numbers in the high school program will be increasing by at least 20-30 members! This is such a “good problem”!!!
The band staff and Coventry administration are in the process of finding ways to write grants or get donations for these uniforms. However, we can only go so far.
We are asking you to help us! If you are able and willing to donate to our campaign, that would be incredible! If you aren’t able, we simply ask that you help to promote the campaign. Please share our campaign on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Our students are one of a kind and deserve to have the best! Please help us!
