- 4:10pm – Call Time
- 4:30pm – Combined rehearsal with ASW
- 5:30pm – ASW Rehearsal
- 6:00pm – Auditorium Doors Open
- Dinner provided for performers
- Pizza/Salad

- 7:00pm – Concert Begins
Student Performer Concert Attire
Concert Black: black dress clothes including black shirt (long sleeve), pants, shoes, socks. Think formal attire. All clothes should conform to the school dress code. If you are wearing a skirt or dress, leggings or dark tights must be worn under the dress or skirt. Please dress nicely!
