- Pack trailer/Gather Uniform: 12:40pm
- We will not wear uniforms on the bus, we will take them on hangers and put them on after we eat at Perkins.
- In seat for Uniform Check: 1:05pm
- We will wear our black 2022 Band “Phoenix Rising” shirt under the uniform today.
- Depart: 1:15pm
- Travel Time: Approx. 2 hours
- Arrive and Eat/Restroom: 3:15pm
- Boosters will provide a meal
- Unload and put uniforms on 3:50pm
- Meet Host: 4:30pm
- Warm-up: 4:40pm
- Leave Warm-up: 5:25pm
- At Gate: 5:35pm
- Perform: 5:45pm
- Awards: 7:45pm
- Depart: 8:30pm (Approx.)
- Back to school: 10:30pm (Approx.)
Parking and Tickets
Tickets for the event are $8 for adults, and $5 for students and seniors. Spectator parking will be in the south lot (next to the stadium).
Concessions
There will be food and drinks available for purchase at the visitor concession stand. The Perkins Band Boosters are operating this stand and proceeds benefit them, so make sure to support them!
